Grab Tablet Operation
If you are having trouble with your Grab Tablet please follow these steps 1) If turned off or showing a black screen, press and hold power button (which may be located at back of tablet) for 3-5 seconds until the start screen appears. Please also check the tablet is plugged to a power source 2) If not turned off, please tap 3 vertical dots in top right of tablet, select “exit to launcher” and enter password, hit OK and select “home” launcher and OK again. Once on home screen, press and hold power button and restart tablet. Once tablet restarts, select application “Grab POS.”
To reject an order:
After placing an order customers may require a refund due to several reasons:
