Tablet Settings:
If the store is experiencing irregular operations the Grab ordering service can be disabled, order turnaround time edited or store opening hours changed. This can all be done in the settings section on the tablet.
1) To access the settings section on the tablet tap the cogs & wheels icon at the top right of the tablet.
2) Select settings and enter password.
3) To disable the Grab service tap the green button beside online, this will turn grey, then select save. The service will be disabled until it is turned back online by repeating the process and turning green.
4) To increase or decrease the turnaround time slide the bar up or down to the desired amount of time and select save. This will set the right expectation for customers ensuring they arrive just after their order is completed.
5) If the store opening hours need to be changed select the correct start and end times and tap save.
