If the tablet has frozen/unresponsive or lost connection and is displaying the screen below, there are a number of steps you can take to resolve


The tablet may have temporarily lost connection and need to be refreshed. To refresh the tablet press the Grab logo on the the top right of the screen and wait a few seconds


If the tablet remains frozen/offline after being refreshed please follow the steps below:


1) Press the 3 vertical dots in top right corner




2) Select “Exit to Launcher”



3) Enter Password


4) Select “Touch Wiz Home” (the Icon which isn’t the grab “G”)


5) Hold down power button on the tablet for 5 seconds


6) Select "Restart"


7) Once tablet restarts, select Grab POS icon
