If you are experiencing an issue with a printer not printing tickets please follow the steps below.
1) Check if there is an error light at the front of the printer and that it has power
2) Look at the status light at the back of the printer, a green light confirms it is paired to the tablet. If the light is not green it will need to be re-paired to the tablet
3) To pair the printer and the tablet hold down the red button at the back of the printer for 5 seconds or until the light starts to flash green
4) On the tablet exit the Grab App by selecting the 3 vertical dots on the top right and then "Exit to Launcher" enter the password 1916 and select "TouchWiz home"
5) Go to the tablet settings > Connections > Bluetooth
6) Pair “Star Micronics” printer
7) Reopen Grab App
